AHRMA Fundraiser Test and Tune Track Days

NOTE: This is a no-refund/no-credit event. Prior credits CANNOT be used to pay for this track day. Must have a current AHRMA membership.

If you can't attend and would like to make a donation to AHRMA you can do so in MSR registration without signing up for a track day.
Registration pre entry on MSR only to minimize contact at check in. No sidecar group for these track days.
Practice Schedule (Subject to change depending on weather)
Friday
- Gates open, 5 pm - 10 pm. Gate closes and locks promptly at 10 pm. Don't get caught outside or inside track.
- Tech Hours: 6 pm - Dark
- Registration Hours: Not available - ask AHRMA official for help
Saturday
- Gates open: 7:00 am - 10:00 pm
- Tech Hours: 7:00 am - 5 pm (Tech will close 8:15 am - 8:45 am for riders meeting)
- Registration Hours: 7:00 am - 12 pm and 1 pm - 5pm (Registration will close 8:15 am - 8:45 am for riders meeting)
- Hot track times: 9 am - 12 pm and 1 pm - 5 pm
Sunday
- Gates open: 7:00 am;
- Tech Hours: 7:00 am - 5 pm (Tech will close 8:15 am - 8:45 am for riders meeting)
- Registration Hours: 7:00 am - 2pm (Registration will close 8:15 am - 8:45 am for riders meeting)
- Hot track times: 9 am - 11 am (11 am - 12 pm quiet time) and 12 pm - 5 pm
- Track closing: Must be out of paddock by 7 pm
Gas: Fuel will not be available at the track. Please plan ahead and provide your own.
Tire Vendor: Yes Stickboy with Bridgestone and Dunlop will be there.
Gate fee: $5 per person, per day cash only. (No exceptions)
Concessions: No
Camping: Yes, free, and showers. Electricity service is available. 110v $20.00/day, 30amp $30.00/day and 50amp $50.00/day. Contact track for power needs.
Lodging: Oxford, Alabama has a variety of nice hotels, restaurants and shopping malls. Any of these should be within 15 miles of the track with easy access to I-20/Hwy 21 location of the track. There are no hotels in Munford.
