You are cordially invited to the Greater Columbia Region PCA Holiday Party!
We are so excited to welcome you to the Annual Holiday Celebration! The event will be held on Saturday, December 6, 2025 at the beautiful Meadow Springs Country Club, 700 Country Club Drive in Richland, WA starting at 6 PM. This year the event features a plated, served, sit down dinner preceded by a charcuterie board appetizer featuring meats, cheeses and house pickled vegetables complemented with seasonal fruits, nuts and assorted breads and crackers; and, your dessert choice. Our traditional spirited gift exchange will happen after dessert.
The evening will include:

7:00 Dinner
Gift exchange and merriment starting at 7:45 - 8 PM.
Dinner choices are:
Filet Mignon – hand cut tenderloin with house demi-glace and cabernet butter, accompanied by Dauphinoise potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
Chicken Chasseur – seared chicken breast with herbed mushrooms and roasted rich tomato fond, served with garlic rosemary roasted Yukon gold potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
Pesto Crusted Salmon – fresh Alaskan King salmon seared with house-made pesto accompanied by creamy risotto and seasonal vegetables.
Vegetarian - curried chickpea stew with blistered tomato and steamed rice.
Each dinner will also be accompanied by seasonal salad, and house baked rolls with butter.
The dessert choices are: Chocolate Lava cake with Crème Anglaise or Crème Brulee with fresh berries or Seasonal Cobbler with shortbread topping and whipped cream.
The cost is $70 per person for Filet Mignon, $52.25 per person for Chicken Chasseur, $59 per person for Pesto Crusted Salmon and $49.65 for the Vegetarian dinner, (all including tax and gratuity).
We will do a Gift Exchange again this year. You get to choose your own adventure! Porsche themed gifts are highly recommended!
Please bring either one gift per person, OR one gift per couple. Approx. value per gift $20 to $35.
Note that the gift exchange will occur after dessert (approximately 7:45) and it sometimes takes an hour or more to facilitate. For those traveling, please plan accordingly.

Dress Code
The country club has a dress code. Men shall wear a collared or mock neck shirt with appropriate pants. Women shall have either collared, mock neck or sleeved shirt with appropriate pants; sleeveless dresses, sun back dresses, and formal/evening dresses are permitted in Clubhouse facilities
No Host Bar
Cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks will be available for purchase. Venue staff will collect cash (CASH ONLY) from non-members at the event bar. Meadow Springs Country Club members may charge to their club accounts accordingly. Attendees who wish to bring their own wine to consume will pay a corkage fee of $14.
Parking
Should the main lot become full, as might be expected on a busy Saturday evening, please park in the upper lot behind the pickle ball courts, the lower lot near the pool, or the small lot nearest the chipping green.

Event requirements
All participants must be at least 18 years old.
Registration is limited to 64 people.
No waivers are required for this event.
The Greater Columbia Region board has authorized a $15 subsidy for Greater Columbia Region active, family active and family-associate members. The prices stated above include the subsity. Non-members and members of other regions will have $15 added to the prices given when you register.
