Steve McNeal Trials School - Friday, October 9 - 8:00 am - Noon

We've had several request for a formal trials school at the Barber Vintage Festival and we're excited to announce that Steve McNeal has accepted the challenge.

Influenced by his Dad, Glenn, from an early age, Steve's first trial was in 1974 at the Huntsville Cycle Park and they were hooked on the people and the challenges offered by trials.

Steve won the Southeastern Trials Riders Association (STRA) trials championship for 10 of the 12 years from 1982 to 1993, earned a first class award in the 1982 Scottish Six Days Trial, North American Trials Council (NATC) 1980 High School Champion, and multiple top 10 finishes in the NATC Championship class with his best finish being second in 1985.

In the day-time, Steve is an electrical engineer with 30 years' experience working for Chrysler, Siemens and INTUITIVE Research developing and manufacturing transmission and engine controllers as well as avionics.

Steve has been married to Laura Clark McNeal for 23 years and they have three children; Logan, Jacob and Raegan.
