6:00pm Champ School Track Walk Clinic
We are working on an exciting opportunity to do a Champ School Track Walk Clinic at 6pm with Nick Ienatsch from Yamaha School of Champions on move-in day. Suggested $20 donations will be taken at the track in support of the "Champ School After Hours Vodka Fund". Learn about the 3 blind corners and a multitude of other important information and safety guidelines at Inde.

Tire Vendor TBD: AHRMA is working with Pirelli vendor to possibly be on site.
Until Tire Vendor is secured it’s best to prepare to bring tires with you
Tire Changes: $30.00 each tire with Inde Tire Service
RV ELECTRICITY: None available
Camping: $20.00 Daily (paid to Inde upon entry) ***THERE IS NO WATER AND NO DUMP, plan accordingly!
Parking for crew and spectators: $20.00 Daily (paid to Inde upon entry)
Generators: There is a hard stop at 8pm. If you have a medical issue that requires power please reach out to Road Race Director ASAP
Concessions: from 10:30am – 4:00pm / Coffee can be found earlier throughout the facility

FM RADIO STATION: TBD once radio is set up. THERE IS NO PADDOCK PA/ only local PA in Tech area FM radio is key!

Event requirements
CAll helmets used in road racing must have been manufactured within the prior 60 months of the date of competition and meet Snell (or equivalent) standard at the time of manufacture. (see 2025 AHRMA Handbook section 3.3.14)
BACK PROTECTOR REQUIRED
You MUST PROVIDE Personal your Medical Insurance Company's name. *AHRMA requires that every participant carry personal health insurance; it is wise to consult your individual carrier for coverage details. You must have Medical Insurance in order to Register. And, you acknowledge you are aware of the possibility of a medical air transport in the event of significant injury.
TRANSPONDERS ARE REQUIRED! To rent a transponder, please add it to the registration.

Before AHRMA issues a road race number, you must sign up to race and provide proof that within the past two years, you have competed with another road racing organization or have successfully completed a road racing school (please provide a copy of road race license or certificate).
